Terms.

These terms cover the Solomorph applications and the Solomorph Server licence, published by Kloudmorph, LLC, a United States limited liability company organised in Delaware. Using the software means accepting them.

What your purchase is

A perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the software, for you and the people in your household. It is not a subscription and it does not expire. Updates within the version you bought are included. You may install it on as many of your own devices as you like — the licence follows the household, not the device.

What it is not

You do not get the right to resell it, redistribute it, or run it as a commercial service for other people. A commercial licence exists for that; email us. Sharing your licence beyond your household is the one thing we ask you not to do, and we have deliberately built no technical enforcement that could lock out a legitimate buyer — please do not make us reconsider.

Your music is your business

Solomorph is a player for files you already have. You are responsible for having the right to the music you point it at, and we neither host, supply, index nor inspect any of it.

Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Keep your own backups. It is your library, on your hardware, and no music player should be the only copy of anything you care about.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes and the change is noted in the build log. Pricing changes never apply backwards — see refunds and the published ladder.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing here waives any right you hold under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
